The Loan Process

Step One:
The first step in homeownership is to get prequalified. This is when we find out what you can afford and what your budget is. We will discuss several loan programs and find a financial solution that works best for you!
Step Two:
Searching for the perfect house and getting it under contract! 
Step Three:
When your contract is ratified, or signed by all parties, we then begin your loan which typically takes 30 days.  We then take care of ordering your appraisal, titlework, and submitting your file to underwriting for a full approval.
Step Four:
Once your loan is underwritten and conditions to your approval are cleared, your loan will move into closing and we'll see you at settlement!
